
Congo Bars
Ingredients
1 lg pk. Yellow Cake Mix
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 lg. Eggs
1/4 c. Margarine or Butter
3/4 - 1 c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Cook Time: 25-30 min.

Prep & Cooking Instructions
Melt Butter/Margarine, allow to cool
Grease and flour a 9x13 pan
In a large bowl, add 1 box of cake mix
Add 2 lg. Eggs to mix
Add cooled Butter/Margarine to mix
Add 3/4 - 1 c. Chocolate Chips
Spread batter to edges of pan
Add 1/4 c. Water to mix
Add 1/4 c. Brown Sugar to mix
Mix well
Place on the center rack in oven
Mix ingredients until well combined
Add completed batter to a 9x13 pan
Cook for 25 - 30 min or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
