
Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients
1 Can Canned Pumpkin
2 Tbl. Milk
2 lg. Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Vegetable Oil
2 Teas. Vanilla Extract
4 c. Flour
1 Teas. Salt
1 Teas. Baking Soda
4 Teas. Baking Powder
2 Teas Cinnamon
3/4 - 1 c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Prep & Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, add 4c. Flour to 2 Teas. Cinnamon
Add 1 Teas Baking Soda, 4 Teas. Baking Powder
Add 2 Teas. Salt
Add 4c. Sugar
Add 2 Tbl. Milk, 2 Teas. Vanilla Extract
Add 2 Eggs and 1 Can pumpkin to bowl
Stir in 1 C. Vegetable Oil while combining ingredients
Begin to combine ingredients
Add 1 to 2 C. Chocolate Chips to mixture, or to your taste
Incoporate Chocolate Chips into mixture
Scoop mixture onto a cookie sheet, Approximately 1 Tbl. batter per cookie
Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes @ 350 degrees or until cooked thoroughly
After 12-14 minutes pull cookies and place them on a cooling rack, enjoy!
